@Llearmonth just endless explosive puzzles. Several regular contributors to the Forum are playing games in addition to township. Just do what you like and ignore the rest. Have a Merry Christmas and post often.

@Neighbor Jane playrix just made the mistake of asking me to rate the game . . . . then asked for feedback. I gave them both barrels in regard to the match-3 focus and told them the game could no longer be accurately called township.

So they discontinued that part of the game?

@Llearmonth Not sure if they discontinued it or are just seeing how many explosive puzzles players will tolerate. Playtricks discontinued a lot of the previous side games. We used to have a bubble gum machine, build bridges, fly planes and snowboard as well as competition games like grow crops (players used to grow wheat all day), send orders, etc. Very different game than is used to be. Playtricks is running side games that make the most money -- in the short run because it does not account for those of us playing less.

@Llearmonth they didn't officially announce no merge game, I am assuming you mean merge game vs jungle and both with explosive puzzles.

@Llearmonth long story short, yes. There has been no merge-2 games for a few months now. Playrix's policy is to never public announce those things, but we can infer by the continuous expedition/match-3 puzzles, and all the "rewards" are geared towards the match-3 puzzles.
