Hey everyone!

I’ve been having an issue with Township. A few years ago, I connected the game to my Facebook and Apple ID, but after trying a modded version, I got banned on both my phone and laptop. Now, I’ve got a new phone and connected it to my old accounts (Facebook and Apple ID), and everything works fine on my phone.

However, I’m still banned on macOS. I contacted Playrix support, and they told me to contact them through the game, but when I try from my Mac, it just redirects me to the browser. I’ve already contacted them from my phone, but nothing has changed yet.

Any ideas on how I can start fresh on macOS with my new account or get this resolved?
