Hi everyone, my friend recently downloaded township on their Mac. It won't let me friend her. I have a laptop. I'm assuming the game modes are different and that is why, but does anyone know how to fix it?
@AcordianJoan I am tagging @MaggieAkaEiggam and @PolarTown as they are more up on technical issues, but yes, I believe you cannot friend when someone is on another platform.
PC/Windows, Mac/iDevices, and Android devices are three separate blocks of players. Since they connect to different servers you may not be able to see or add others as friends. You also have a limit in terms of how many friends you can have. One workaround is to add them as friends in Facebook, and connect your game to FB.
