@Taneets I was getting on the forum to post this. Not only do I not see 10-point town tasks to earn rewards I do not even have the button that tells me what match-3 tasks will progress through the rewards.

News of the new update (don't seem to have that yet either) promised "win resources for developing your town and give it a spring makeover." I hoped we would get deco items.

@Neighbor Jane Yes the rewards are more match-3 game heavy unless you want to pay money - but I refuse to spend actual money anymore now on the game as just doesn’t seem worth it anymore sadly

@Taneets I love my town and would gladly pay a little every 3 weeks for decorations, not for yet another helicopter and pad.

My biggest issue is I do not have the button to get to the screen for tasks to progress for rewards. What's up Playtricks! Maybe need to rehire a couple of programmers. @PolarTown I see you purchased the gold pass again. Is it automatic for you? 🧡

Is it me? I do not have the button to see tasks to progress. @PolarTown you are the only technical person who would be awake now. I tried contacting support -- just bots and unrelated responses; I uninstalled and reinstalled.

I have actually registered here to share my opinion and disappointment about the abolition of the Golden Ticket and the introduction of the Fashion Pass.

Having heard about some users that experience this change weeks ago, it was clear to me, that this might happen any time soon to all users - and now it unfortunately became reality.

Now I am also affected and so are all my family members and friends, even those who have never bought the ticket before.

I see how Township is becoming more and more about Match3. I came for the process management game and the building simulation; I accepted that this Match3 game is attached to the game and partially integrated, just like the adventure game which is about removing obstacles. Quite nice, but thankfully not the main focus. With the Fashion Pass, the whole thing is already clearly shifting towards Match3. You could see it coming over the last few weeks and months if you have been watching PlayTrix's experiments, but it is a shame that they have really decided to go through with it now.

Sooner or later that will be it for me with Township - if I want to play Candycrush, I will download Candycrush and that's that. I have no interest in getting forced to play Candycrush through the back door. It would be interesting to know whether PlayTrix makes more or less money as a result of the changeover. But I'm afraid the majority of people out there are into Match3 and are bringing in the money.

@Oibboddl We have been using this forum to express your sentiment. Playtricks is obviously concerned as they are breaking into the game to ask me to rate it. I rate a 3, because after 6 years there are aspects of the game I like.

Someone posted a bit ago they used to be a game programmer. As a game matures the owners reduce staff to reduce expenses, keeping the aspects of the game that are making money. Playtricks supposedly stopped offering decorations as regatta rewards because players were complaining about repeats -- yes, because they were rotating six sets of old decorations. Now they are offering a profile pic and town sign for each match 3 event then a helicopter and pad with gold pass.

I need something to take my mind of the news feed for my country, which is being isolated from our friends and allies.

@Neighbor Jane @Oibboddl @Taneets Sadly the inevitable finally arrived. I've been writing about Town Pass (or Fashion Pass this time around). Before this season adventure, only test groups have them. Now it seems like everyone gets it now.

@Neighbor Jane What progress are you referring to? The thing you circled has a green progress ring on the outside. It fills up as you "Beat Match-3 Level". (I take that means you need to complete a level to collect the keys.)

And to answer your question about Golden Tickets/Town Pass: I do it simply because I'm the admin here, and I still write wiki pages. Need to grab the info otherwise I can't see the stuff.
