That's your problem if you don't like the game's mechanics. You can stop playing it, while paying real money to the game is your choice, no one force you to do it.
However, township's in-game help and support is really bad. I contacted three different customer supporter to get my problem solved.
I"m sorry if i"m offended by anyone.The game is great but the support is very poor.I have read in the forums that dozens of users have lost the game.Playrix have to come up with a solution to this big problem.I have written to them more than 30 times and i still hope one of them will help me.I"m not angry,please let them pay more attention to their users.I started the game from scratch and i"m level 31.If they bring me bask to level 139 I"ll be hapy,if they do not return my,wishes to be alive and well.Good afternoon to all.
I tried everything but to no avail.In one month,Iwrote to them more than 30 times.If they wanted to,they would help me.Their team was limited.Have people to develop another game,can release a new golden key for the plane in Township,but they have no people to help consumers-people have but have not desire.For I started a new game and I am level 35.If they wanted ti help me,i would be asked in the game what level I want to continue 139 or 35.I won"t write to them anymore because i don"t believe that Playrix help their users.I am very disappointed with their support...I will not give any money to the game until they return my 139 level.
They develop other games and release golden plane so that they earn more income. It's your choice whether paying money for the game or not. In fact, their devs team doesn't really suit players' need as seen in their forum.
I made sure to maintain the Playrix is very bad-they have NO support.They are interested in money,not consumers.See another bug in the game...in the regatta.This task is not marked and does not change for several hours.I will finish the regatta with him..another glitch in the game.Comments are redundant-zero stars for their maintenance.
There were two blocked tasks,until tonight i will be left without tasks in the regatta.

and the recommendation is to report it ingame, by everyone having it, so that Playrix notices the bug. They don't read/react neither to the forum nor the Wiki.
The greyed out boxes / tasks were indeed a problem on Playrix' side, and should be fixed now. For me and others it was. Even got a fast reply from CS ;)
