Decorations Introduction

Almost every time you level up there will be some new decorations to buy in the Township Store. Some of the decorations are free, many can be bought for coins, others for gems and a few for Township Cash.

• Decorations with water drops (💧) must be placed on water.
• Decorations with stars (★) are animated.
• Costs are shown directly below pictures.
• Please use the Edit button instead of the Classic editor to update this page.

Unique Decoration	Description
	The Golden Sail Trophy is earned by completing the Legendary Yachtsman Achievement. This decoration can only be awarded one time after the achievement is completed.
	The Teamwork Statue was awarded on August 21, 2017 (end of the last regatta before seasonal regattas started) to all players racing in a GLB 200 co-op.
	The BFF Statue was introuced for the 5th anniversary of Township. Its looks depend on how many years you have played. Every year another farm animal is added.

Roads

Design your Townships landscape with free roads, landscape, and pavement.
You can get the Road Champ achievement for placing up to 450 roads in your Town. There are 4 types of roads to connect places and create surfaces for townspeople and vehicles. All roads are available from the beginning of the game.

Zoo Roads

There are 8 special Zoo Roads to construct pathways for townspeople visiting the Zoo.
Gravel and Stone Roads are also available at the Zoo for a total of 9 roads.

Zoo Road:	Sandy	Rocky	Asphalt	Wooden Walkway	Tile	Wooden	Violet	Stone

Road Editor

Select a road or tile in edit mode and drag your finger across the area where you want to place it.

• To delete roads/pavement, tap the hammer and drag your finger across the area you want to edit.
• Tap the green button to confirm your action and save your changes.

Landscapes

There are 5 types of ground available for landscaping.

Type		Description
Water		• Add decks with tiles, create bridges, rivers, ponds, lakes, a water kingdom, etc. Some community buildings must be placed on water like the Hydroelectric Power Plant Cost Cost Guard And Light House Water Decorations
Grass		• Create grassy pathways, patches of land, green fields, parks, mazes, etc. This type is the most commonly used.
Sand		• Ideal for beaches, shores, small islands, sandy trails, edges near water, etc.
Dirt		• Design gardens, plots for fields, unfinished land, nature paths, hiking trails, etc.
Snow		• Make arctic animals happy, a winter wonderland, snowy areas near mountains, etc. You could using it during the winter season or otherwise

Pavement

There are 12 types of pavement to enhance landscapes and add finishing touches to recreational spots.

Event Decorations

These are personal goal rewards from past Township Community Events. These special event decorations are only attainable or on sale during the event period for that specific year. Some of the unique decorations purchase-able through the event sale with real money may not appear in-game or for sale again.

These are limited decorations which are only available once or during special community events.

• You can only own 1 of each upgradable event decoration.

Special Decoration	Cost of Building	Description
	Free	The Tree of Light was first rewarded after participating in the Tree of Light Event (Chinese New Year 2017). The Tree of Light's stage may vary depending on your final personal goal reached when the event ended.
	2017- Free 2018- 45 2019- 45	The Bunny Village was first rewarded after participating in the Easter Adventure Event (Easter 2017, 2018 and 2019). The Bunny Village's level may vary depending on your final personal goal reached when the event ended. You can view the materials to complete it on the Bunny Village page.
	2017- Free 2018- 45 2019- 500	The School of Magic was first rewarded for participating in the Halloween 2017 Event. The School of Magic's level may vary depending on your final personal goal reached when the event ended.

Upgradable Decorations

These are upgradable decorations available to build at higher levels. You can only own one of each upgradable decoration at a time.
You can earn Tcash for completing them and show them off in your Town!
