Helping Hand was an offer only held on Sep 3-6 and Nov 29-Dec 2, 2019, over a duration of 3 days. It was replaced by the helping hand perk in the Professor's Experiments Event.
The following actions would cost 
1 unit of T-cash during this offer:
- Donating each product requested in co-op chat
- Loading another player's railcar
- Loading another player's plane crate
- Loading another player's zoo order basket
You would get a clover for doing any of these actions. Keep in mind that you couldn't use this offer to help yourself. However, you could help them in hope for their return help.
