Fandom says administrators can edit content moderator, discussion (forum) moderator and chat moderator rights, but strangely I can't change content moderator rights. Only bureaucrat can change most of the user rights, so I contacted WCD to demote BrensBot.

I can only edit discussion (forum) moderator and chat moderator rights, but not content moderator rights. Only bureaucrat can change most of the user rights, so I contacted WCD to demote BrensBot.
